If you are looking for a particular item and do not see it in the store, please contact us as we would be happy to try to obtain the item for you. If we are able to get an item for you, the following applies:
1) Payment of Special Order is due upfront (before we order the item).
2) Sale is final, no RETURNS or REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

We accept credit cards via our secure server. The Wiccan Glade is a secure site. All orders are taken using industry standard SSL encryption, which scrambles credit card & personal information, which is transmitted from you to our servers. Address Verification is used on all credit cards orders. Therefore, your “Bill To:” Address must match your credit card Billing Address when ordering. If it does not, it is subject to additional verification. ALL FOREIGN ORDERS are subject to this additional verification with the issuing bank of the credit card. Credit card fraud is a serious offense. In the event of a chargeback, we require that all items be returned to us.
The Wiccan Glade Inc., has a ZERO FRAUD POLICY, if the information you provide is not verified by your credit card company your order will be CANCELLED.
CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS:
We do NOT accept checks or money orders as a payment option on our website. We will however, consider accepting money orders from our customers who contact us by phone or e-mail. Please call (401)349-4679 to leave a message for us and we will return your call within 2 business days. E-mails will be answered in less than 24 hrs. We reserve the right to refuse this method of payment.
PAYPAL:
We no longer accept PayPal as a payment option due to the overwhelming amount of unpaid PayPal invoices.
REFUND POLICY:
Here at The Wiccan Glade, your satisfaction is GUARANTEED. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply email us at: cs@wiccanglade.com within 7 days for a full refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling). Please note: There are no returns on body jewelry (earrings) or consumable goods such as, oils, herbs, etc. for any reason. When you buy body jewelry or consumable goods here be assured they are new and safe from prior use.
SHIPPING DAMAGE must be claimed with the freight carrier. While we cannot be responsible for shipping damage, please email us at cs@wiccanglade.com and explain the issue. We will do our best to help resolve your claim with the carrier. Insurance is mandatory on all orders placed with us. This small fee is well worth the price should your package be lost or damaged. Please contact us prior to returning anything, as an RA (return authorization) number is required from us, otherwise return packs will be refused. Shipping and handling charges are not refunded, unless there is an error on our part. Buyers must pay for return shipping costs, also not refundable.

Shipping rates for all domestic shipments are based on actual cost. Foreign shipping rates are estimated on the order form, however, actual rates will be quoted & e-mailed to the customer before we process the order. PLEASE NOTE: Any additional fees associated with customs are the responsibility of the buyer. We DO NOT monitor or have any control of extra costs associated with customs.
We use UPS & USPS Priority Mail for all domestic shipments. We suggest using USPS Priority Mail for domestic orders which weigh less than 4 lbs. All foreign orders are shipped via USPS Airmail Post, Surface Post or Global Priority Mail. Please note the Surface Post option has a long delivery time; approx 6 weeks depending on the destination. Items shipped internationally are not trackable. Order at your own risk. Placing an international order through us denotes your acceptance of these terms.
Normally, your order will leave the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. Please also allow travel time by the carrier. Most orders should arrive within 12 business days. Foreign orders are usually delivered in 4-10 business days, however, some locations can take over 2 weeks.
Although we try to maintain stock levels, unavoidable circumstances do occur. When we do run short, the item is usually in stock in a short time. Out of stock items are removed from your order. You may re-order at another time. You may request to be notified when an out of stock item has arrived. If you want your order held until all items are in stock, please write this in the comment section of your order form.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
We can NOT cancel orders after they have been shipped. Any orders that are returned will be assessed a $5.00 re-stocking fee. In addition, any return shipping charges along with the original shipping charges are YOUR responsibility.
WHOLESALE PRICING
Currently, we do NOT offer wholesale pricing on our merchandise.
PRINTED CATALOG
We DO NOT offer a printed catalog. Our current catalog is our website, which is open 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. We are doing our part in helping the environment by not killing trees for paper or adding to the landfills. We are looking into the feasibility to offer a catalog on CD sometime this year. There will be an announcement on the website once this is available.
